Educate the public and set up e-waste collections and drop off centres to collect things like computers, appliances etc.  Maybe this is part of the inorganic collection already?

Hi Charles
This is an area that community organisations are contributing to at the moment. Some places offer this service for a small fee, to cover the costs charged by the businesses that do the actual separation of materials and recycling processes. I agree we need to be upscaling to address the problem sufficiently, including joined up thinking between the different players. I would like to see the social procurement/ community benefits side kept however, so be great to see some focus on how that might be accomplished.
